Why PeerSend uses Bitcoin SV?

In order to create a truly global economy, money should be universally accepted without multiple intermediaries. In this regard, Bitcoin SV is universal. It is not bounded by countries, currencies, platforms, and services.

Bitcoin SV technology allows users to have full control of their identity; therefore, PeerSend can remove the entire funnel of user registration, data submission, email verification, sign-in, payment account creation, deposit, withdrawal permission and processes, time delays, and so on, which are all unnatural steps that have become a norm on most payment services.

We want to provide a non-custodial, no escrow, 100% peer-to-peer money service, with extremely low fees to allow micro-transactions. And these transactions must be instantly sent and received, and the blockchain must be able to handle a large number of transactions.

Where can I buy Bitcoin SV?

What happens if I sent money to someone who doesn't use PeerSend?

If you send money to someone who isn't a PeerSend user, the receiver will be given 24 hours to install PeerSend and connect their wallets. Once the receiver is connected to PeerSend, your money will send out. If they do not become a PeerSend user in 24 hours, your payment will automatically be canceled and remain in your wallet.

Bitcoin transactions are irreversible by design. You cannot cancel the payment that is already made.

I just sent money to my friend on Twitter. When will my friend receive the payment?

If your friend on Twitter is already a PeerSend user, he/she will receive it instantly. If not, your friend must claim the received money within 24 hours by registering their HandCash wallet and installing the PeerSend extension.

Can I use PeerSend on mobile?

Currently, PeerSend is not available on mobile.

My PeerSend balance is much lower than my HandCash balance. Why don't they match?

This is caused by the 'spend limit' feature on your HandCash wallet. Go over to app navigation on HandCash, and you will find a spend limit section. Adjust the limit to how much you want to allow to spend on your apps through HandCash. If your HandCash balance is bigger than your spend limit, then only the spend limit amount will show up on your balance on PeerSend.
